Sunrise Farm trainer and instructor, Julie Longo, comes from a 140 horse training, show, and lesson facility in Illinois and has worked under 'World' show caliber trainers. The last 4 horses (all 4 or younger) Julie trained there all sold for over $8000 as show prospects: two in western pleasure, one in hunter-under-saddle and entry level hunter, and one in reining. Sunrise Farm is currently offering both Western and English lessons as well as gaming/barrel lessons to those with their own horses. Julie also has a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology with a child and adolescent focus and offers therapeutic riding to special needs kids of all varieties. Sunrise Farm is currently offering training in Western, Western pleasure, English flat (no jumping), trail, barrels/gaming, and reining. Training, lessons, boarding, therapeutic riding Located 15 minutes from Cranberry and 45 minutes NW of Pittsburgh on Rt 288 between Zelienople and Ellwood City Sunrise Farm is a small, private facility offering extraordinary care and quality services. We currently offer both on-farm and mobile training and lessons. We will come to you and your horse or you can come to us. Sunrise Farm trainer and instructor, Julie Longo, comes from a 140 horse training, show, and lesson facility in Illinois and has worked under 'World' show caliber trainers. The last 4 horses (all 4 or younger) Julie trained there all sold for over $8000 as show prospects: two in western pleasure, one in hunter-under-saddle and entry level hunter, and one in reining. Sunrise Farm is currently offering both Western and English lessons as well as gaming/barrel lessons to those with their own horses. Julie also has a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology with a child and adolescent focus and offers therapeutic riding to special needs kids of all varieties. Sunrise Farm is currently offering training in Western, Western pleasure, English flat (no jumping), trail, barrels/gaming, and reining. Sunrise Farm does a small amount of boarding, as we are an eleven acre facility. We have an outdoor arena. 4 total stalls up for board. We are near Brush Creek and Moraine and there are nearby trails off the property. There is limited space available for trailer parking for an extra charge monthly. We do go to shows with our training clients and our lesson clients who have their own horses. There is a coaching/training day fee associated with such.
